Դեկտեմբերի 4-ին ձերբակալվել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացի, Արմավիրի մարզի բնակիչ, պահեստազորի մայոր՝ Գարիկ Խաչիկի Մարությանը, ծնվ. 1977., որը երկար տարիներ զբաղեցնելով ՀՀ ՊՆ տարբեր զորամասերի հետախուզության պետի պաշտոններ, համացանցային սոցիալական կայքերի միջոցով կապ է հաստատել Թուրքիայում գործող ադրբեջանական հատուկ ծառայությունների հետ և վարձատրության դիմաց նրանց փոխանցել ծառայության բերումով իրեն հայտնի դարձած, այդ թվում՝ պետական գաղտնիք պարունակող տվյալներ:

Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ ԱԱԾ Մամուլի կենտրոնը, հարուցվել է քրեական գործ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քրեական օրենսգրքի 299-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով և Գ. Մարությանին առաջադրվել մեղադրանք պետական դավաճանության համար: Կատարվում է նախաքննություն:

Think a second, before saying like this.
If it is a joke, ok, let's smile.

But seriously speaking, these recordings, contain a lot of information, I will refrain from comment.
But the running from incoming fire is certainly not shameful.
It is even stupid do do something else, given the situation.
N1 duty of any soldier, in any army, is avoid being killed for nothing...
What do you expect a soldier, or any individual under fire to do? Face the bombs??
It's not like fleeing before an advancing enemy.... this is artilary we are talking about....

- This is not to justify the conduct of the officer, who is supposed to take cover first, then command his men....

Գեներալ-մայոր, Արցախյան ազատամարտի հերոս Արկադի Տեր-Թադևոսյանը (Կոմանդոս) շարունակում է պնդել, որ հայկական կողմը չպետք է սպասի, թե Ադրբեջանը երբ է հերթական սադրանքներին դիմելու՝ պաշտպանվելու համար:

«Պաշտպանության նախարարության քայլերն այլևս տարբերվում են: Այն ժամանակ սպասում էին, որ իրենք հարձակվեն ու մենք պաշտպանվեն, հիմա արդեն կարծես փոխվել է, կանխիչ համարժեք քայլեր ենք անում, ինչը պետք է: Նախարարն ասաց, որ չենք թողնի առանց պատասխանի, և այդ պատասխան գործողությունները վերջին հրապարակված տեսանյութը հաստատում է»,- Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց նա:

Արկադի Տեր-Թադևոսյանը որպես զինվորական հայկական բանակի կանխիչ քայլերը ողջունում է, բայց որպես քաղաքացի հասկանում, որ ադրբեջանական սադրանքները անտեղի կյանքեր են խլում:

«Իհարկե պատասխան քայլերը կատարվում են, նախահարձակ չենք լինում, բայց խնդիրը միայն պաշտպանությամբ չի լուծվում, արդեն տանկեր են օգտագործում: Հայկական կողմն իրավունք չունի նման փոքր պետություն լինելով՝ թույլ տալ զոհեր ունենալ»,- նշեց նա:

That is not what happens here. The commander saved his own skin as his soldiers died. That is a cowardly act. He could have ordered them to fall back instead of sending them into enemy artillery fire to die as he runs away. This vid should be played over and over in baboonastan so that they can see that their young soldiers are being used as cannon fodder.
