Its way past time to rename Karabagh offically as Artsakh

Ironically NK political offices still use Karabagh. We must rename officially Artsakh everything! including any official entity associated with Artsakh.
While we are at it we should rename Stepanakert as well.Its a communist name and I am not even sure if he was beneficial to Armenians.

And who exactly are this "we"? Presumably not the people who actually live in Nagorno-Karabakh and Stepanakert. The only people who have a moral or legal right to change it are those who live there.

by using Karabagh name we (the Armenian people) continue proving to Turks legitimacy of subservience to them.
