I would assume, before the west/turc/sood/yahood instigation of armed revolt and fanning the flames of sectarian violence, the Armenian communities of Syria were relatively quietly successful and supportive of Syria at large. Our communities wherever they may be are generally quiet, non threatening communities that --- do not --- seek autonomy (lol), but rather strengthen the country we live in by our simple honest and industrious nature.
