What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!

OPINION: MURDER OF GYUMRI FAMILY IS 'DELIBERATE PROVOCATION' (VIDEO)

    11:11 | January 16,2015 | Politics

The murder of an Armenian family by a Russian soldier could be
'deliberate provocation,' rather than a coincidence, says sculptor
    Andranik Davtyan.

He was born and raised in the same street where the six members of
the Avetisyan family were brutally murdered on January 12 allegedly
by a Russian soldier serving at a Russian military base in Gyumri.

"Today Azerbaijan is waiting for an opportunity to start a war
with Armenia, and I think that Turkey will not sit idle and will do
everything to help Azerbaijan. In that case they will seek to remove
Russian troops that are guarding Armenia's border," said Mr Davtyan.

It is not accidental that Valery Permyakov, the Russian soldier who is
believed to have killed the Avetisyan family, left traces at the scene
of murder and attempted to cross Armenia's border with Turkey. "The
military boots that he [Valery Permyakov] left at Avetisyan's house
clearly show that he wanted to show that the author of the murder
    was Russian," said the sculptor.

The brutal murder in Gyumri triggered uproar in different circles
over the country's relations with its closest ally Russia, deepening
controversy over the relations between the two countries.

The Avetisyans - two grandparents, their son and daughter, a
daughter-in-law, and young Hamsik - were shot dead on 12 January.

A six-month-old boy, Seryozha - in critical condition after suffering
stab wounds - is the only survivor. The suspect, Russian soldier
Valery Permyakov, who was serving at Moscow's 102nd military base in
Gyumri, is said to have confessed to the crime after being apprehended
by Russian border guards as he was reportedly attempting to cross
    into Turkey.

He was born and raised in the same street where the six members of the Avetisyan family were brutally murdered on January 12 allegedly by a Russian soldier serving at a Russian military base in Gyumri.

      “Sorry, Armenia”-Russian presses start apologizing

      18:36, 16 January, 2015
YEREVAN, 16 JANUARY, ARMENPRESS. “Sorry, Armenia”-this is the title of the article by journalist for “Moskovskij Komsomolets” Sergey Gaponov, expressing certainty that Russia’s elite and people need to apologize to the Armenian people, lay flowers and light candles in front of the Armenian Embassy as a sign of tribute to the members of the family that was killed in Gyumri. As “Armenpress” reports, the Russian journalist notes that handing Russian soldier Valery Permyakov over to Armenia’s investigators and the court under the charge of killing the six members of the Avetisyans in Gyumri on January 12 is not enough.

The journalist also urges his country’s high-ranking officials to visit Armenia and apologize to the Armenians. “Our high-ranking officials need to meet with Armenia’s President and the people, and not just that. Russia must always provide assistance to the relatives of the family that was killed by a Russian soldier. Finally, people have to visit the embassy (Embassy of Armenia in the Russian Federation), lay many flowers and light candles there,” the journalist writes, adding: “That’s when we won’t lose our friends. That’s when I’ll see that my Russia is a great country.” The Russian“Vzglyad” newspaper writes that Russia has to draw serious conclusions from the tragedy that took place in Gyumri.

If the Russian side say anything now it will appear as if its under duress.

As for our President who seem so keen to send condolences for every bus accident the world over,
cannot pull himself to say a few comforting words to his compatriots.

Child survivor of Gyumri murder undergoes second surgery
            16.01.15

The infant who survived the tragic family murder in Gyumri underwent his second surgery on Friday, the Ministry of Health says in a press release.

Doctors made the decision to operate on the six-month-old Seryozha Avetisyan after an extended council which involved also a video conference with specialists from the top clinics of Israel, Freiburg (Germany), Moscow and St Petersburg (Russia).

The child underwent the first surgery in Gyumri’s Austrian hospital where he was taken hours after the tragic incident left six in the family of seven killed. He was moved to Yerevan’s St Astvatsatsin Hospital a day later.

The surgical intervention involved the insertion of ventricular drainage into the child’s cranial cavity. The head of the Polenov Russian Neurosurgical Institute, William Khachatryan conducted the surgery together with Armenian specialists.

Minister Muradyan was at the clinic throughout the operation. Thanks to specialists’ efforts the intervention finished successfully. The child is now in an intensive care unit.

His condition remains critical but stable.

Armenia’s enemies could take advantage of situation – Tevan Poghosyan
              16.01.15

In an interview with Tert.am, Heritage parliamentary group member Tevan Poghosyan commented on the Gyumri tragedy and events in Yerevan.

He noted that Armenia’s society and authorities failed to prevent that situation by coordinated actions.

Asked if Armenia’s law-enforcement agencies should consider a possibility of attempted destabilization of the situation in the country amid the public protests and indignation at the massacre in Gyumri, Mr Poghosyan said:

“Certainly all the versions must be considered. The motive for the crime is not clear now. So the law-enforcers should most seriously consider the possibility of a premeditated crime to escalate tension in Armenia and provoke popular hostility.

“And even if a transparent or impartial investigation reveals it was not a motive for the crime, I feel regret that our society, well aware of the possibility of certain forces making use of it, failed to be on the alert, while our law-enforcers failed to properly perform their duties to prevent the incidents.

“We, both society and the government, could have taken necessary measures to prevent such a situation. The head of the Shirak diocese was right when he said that the criminal was calm, with a public defender attached to him, while Armenians were breaking one another’s scull. Why Armenians raise their hands to one another in Yerevan or in Gyumri? We should have prevented such situations.

“The authorities should have informed the public of the developments from the very first day. Yesterday, Armenia’s prosecutor general was in Gyumri all day along. In the latter half of the day he gave promise to Gyumri residents, reminding them he had a family and was well aware of everything.

“Policemen should have talked to Gyumri residents. People raised questions, without getting answers. So they had to find them. Of course, many people could have taken advantage of the situation. Being well aware of that, we must realize the necessity of responding during the very first day. And if mourning had been declared the first day, it would have been a political ‘message’ as well.

“We must realize that our enemies are not asleep and trying to take advantage of instability in Armenia. Although it was an unprecedented incident, we could never predict its consequences and reaction to it. But we should have been able to take certain measures and conduct negotiations.”

This tragedy is all, BUT what both Russia and our regime want us to bileive, because simply it can't be.
They want us to accept the casual horrible murder theory, committed by a casual russian pig from Sibir, within a casual mentally insane phase, probably under alcohol.
It can't be, since nothing can match within this presentation.
If this guy did do the job alone, then how comes he did it so far from the base.... if he did it with enough brain to hide his crime of stealing water, how comes he killed everybody, including 2 children, the last 6 months old with a knife..., how comes all were still in their beds, not even one at the door???....and how comes someone clever enough to erase 3 generations of a family to hide his ID, leaves EVERYTHING behind to identify him, on the crime scene?? including his AK, his uniform, his boots with his name on it????
How comes, if he was such an insane, that, after the massacre he committed, in an environment he ignored (he was new there, and in a part of the city so far from his base), he managed to walk undetected, after the alarm bells ringed, and hundred of Armenian cops knew his ID, he managed to cross more than 22 Km to the border, undetected, in a countryside not that easy to identify itself within???
How comes no one heared any detonation within the home itself, not the neighbor....., if only one pig was at work, since all were within their beds??
Maybe they were many assassins at work? May be they used silencers??

Short, it can't be the way they want us to beleive.

It is most probably a set up, with the evident aim, to interact, change the already master/vassal like relationship between Moskwa and our Regime, or between Moskwa and our Nation's Psyche/conscience/mind, which is evidently and definetly not the same.

The parties that might have acted are, in theory:

1/ Any of the Turkish sides, willing to deteriorate Russian/Armenian century old fraternity....
2/ The "West", US...., with same aim.
                3/ Iran .....???
4/ In theory only : Some Armenian mind, willing to get rid of Russia ??????
                5/ Russia itself.

Given the conduct of Russia since the crime was discovered, what version seems likely?

Yes this is definitely a strange case and it seems a setup/falseflag operation very much typical of the USA/Israel. I would not count the turks out either. If this is the work of the turk then they have done a very effective job which should be very concerning to Armenia and Russia. The results of this investigation will be interesting indeed even if we are lied to for even in a lie a spec of truth can be reveiled.

Definitely looks like a " false flag op" .
Also agree on the 3 potential culprits noted above. That's their style + monkey wrench in Armo/Russ relation is their goal.
Although Londontsi post about belated Russ apology is reasonable, I disagree.
The confusion of this horrific crime is to be expected. No sane group could expect this. To be stunned & scramble to make sense of the senseless + strange clues is understandable.
A sincere and national apology by Russia is in fact appropriate and much needed.
Don't believe this is Russia sending a message to us, but rather too many "false flag" markers.
Again I say ... The heartless conduct of the west/Israel/turc cannot be underestimated and cold blooded murder is merely a tool for this group.
