The Armenia portion of the Vardenis-Martakert highway has been completed and excavation portion of the rest has been completed as well. They are saying the highway will be complete before the start of 2016.

Great news.

It's going to make life so much easier for those people travelling to artsakh - i wish they start operating the airport would be awesome.
