"Britain are all net exporters of crude oil" THAT IS RIGHT, they are exporters. MEaning, they get it from deserts like Iran and IRaq or Saudi Arabia (middle east) and they sel it to other nations for profit. Do your homework.

You do your homework! Every country in the world imports oil. Even Saudi Arabia imports oil! That's because the oil that they pump from under their soil ground is not suitable for every purpose. That is why there are various prices quoted for a barrel of crude oil - there are different sorts of crude oil.
This year, because of declining production in the oil fields of the North Sea, Britain, for the first time since the 1960s, imported more crude oil, and more refined oil, than was exported.

I'm sure Armenia has some oil reserves - it is just that they are not going to be exploitable because they are small and the cost of getting at them will probably always going to be too high.
