Երեւանում, այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 5-ին, խոշոր ու ողբերգական ավտովթար է տեղի ունեցել. ժամը 13։00-ի սահմաններում Աճառյան փողոցում բախվել են Opel մակնիշի 32 ՕԼ 127 համարանիշի, Hummer մակնիշի 07 XX078 համարանիշի եւ Nissan մակնիշի 34 NN 210 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենաները։

Shamshyan.com-ի փոխանցմամբ, վթարի հետեւանքով 11 տարեկան մի աղջիկ տեղում մահացել է, ում գլուխը մարմնից կտրվել է, իսկ 2 հոգի տեղափոխվել են «Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ» բժշկական կենտրոն։

Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը պարզում են վարորդների եւ մահացածի ինքնությունը։

The police need to start coming down hard! There needs to be PSA campaigns on Armenian television. One thing that the Armenian Police can do that they seem to be unable to is tow people's cars away. If they see people aggressively driving, record the incident, pull them over and take their car away. Have them pay $1000 USD to get it out. $2000 the second time. The third time, legally smash their car like they do here in California. In front of them.

Good ideas, exept police are afraid and will never stop and call those drivers under law because they are the oligarkh' s relatives and connections with brabuses, hammers etc.
Also, put any Armenian from homeland on driver seat of a fast car and they loose the ability of brain function. It's proven.
Plus drinking and driving is concidered a must for any self respecting Armenian male .
Add to it that all the traffic laws are concidered personal insults to be broken and sign of sheepish weakness when observed by drivers and pedestrians.
Go observe Glendale Ca streets and you can see what I mean.
you will see how arrogant an Armenian (that did not have even a bycicle in homeland) driving a brand new Mercedes or BMW (never mind that does not own a home yet) is. Acting as if the street was built solely for his Mercedes and all the other cars encroach on that right. And god help you if you drive according to laws in front of them.

Երեկ Երևանում տեղի ունեցած ողբերգական վթարի բոլոր մանրամասներն արդեն գրեթե հայտնի են։
Պարզվեց, որ մեղավորը կամ ոչ հիմնական մեղավորը ոչ թե «Համմերի» վարորդն է, այլ սպիտակ մեքենայի վարորդը, ով փորձում էր հոծ գծի խախտումով անցնել հանդիպակաց գոտի։ Պարզվեց նաև, որ սպիտակ մեքենայի վարորդն ԱԻՆ-ում փրկարար է աշխատում։ Իսկ Գագիկ Շամշյանի հրապարակած լուսանկարներում կարել է արդեն տեսնել, թե ինչպես է նա դեպքի վայրից փախուստի դիմելուց հետո եկել փրկարարների մարտական հաշվարկի հետ՝ 11-ամյա աղջկա դիակը մեքենայից հանելու աշխատանքներն իրականացնելու։ Լուսանկարը՝ ստորև։

That guy did couple stupidities as in crossing the line and fleeing the scene. The hummer driver is the spoiled as hole that was driving at that speed. He should be shot on the spot. Most likely he is connected to a bigger as hole and the small guy will get the blame.

He is the grandson of oligarkh named Lavash Surik from Garni.
He will get maybe 3-5 years and will be out in less than one on parol.
And according to Armenia's lav tgheqi orenq, customs, will be called nstats elats (in and out of jail) and will have something to brag about and even more ignorant because he's got the proof that he is above the law.
That stupid AIN guy will get 3-5 years and if he does not have a bag of money will spend the sentence in full, on the calendar.
Already the news (Shamshian) is calling the AIN guy as the main guilty party(so the bribing of reporter may have been done). So he will get the most blame and sentence.
Lavash Surik will go to the 11 year olds family and offer bunch of money so they won't contest any verdict, most probably they will accept it (same psichology as selling their vote).
Then he will go to the AIN guy's family and offer money and scare them into accepting the verdict, otherwise their son will get lengthier sentence. Those will accept it too because they know the outcome and not taking the money cannot stop Surik. They just don't have enough (bribes) to fight back, so regardless of verdict it would be stupid not to take the money. Especially when their bread winner is going to jail.
When this all goes smooth, then Surik will have a kerukhum (restaurant) with prosecutor and Judge or their reps, agree for the price and pay them. Case solved.
By the time it is heard in court, hammer's speed will be reported 20-30 KM less. If the driver was drunk, it will not be on record. Etc... etc...

Actually this incident will strengthen Lavash Surik's family or clan authority and be a self establishing or strengthening story line in circles.

People over there don't generally have guns. Surik will not just get up and walk in.
By "go" I ment approach. Police, prosecutor or people you don't know will contact and talk.
If you don't come to terms, no problem, things will go on without your acceptance. It will just involve a bit more money paid to other people.
Afterwards you can go in front of presidential residence like hundreds of others and protest, scream injustice all you want.

Հայտնի է Վրաստանում հայկական ավտոբուսի մասնակցությամբ այս գիշեր տեղի ունեցած վթարի հետեւանքով զոհերի ինքնությունը պարզվել է:

NEWS.am-ին Վրաստանում ՀՀ դեսպանատնից հայտնեցին, որ ժամը 03:30-ի սահմաններում ՌԴ պետհամարանիշներով «Մերսեդես Բենց» մակնիշի մեքենան, որի վարորդը եղել է 27-ամյա Ռոման Հայրապետյանը, դեռեւս չպարզված հանգամանքներում դուրս է եկել հանդիպակաց գոտի եւ բախվել ՀՀ պետական համարանիշներով ավտոբուսին, որի վարորդը Սամվել Մկրտչյանն է: Վթարի հետեւանքով զոհվել են «Մերսեդեսի» ուղեւորներ, Լուսինե Մինասյանն ու 7-ամյա Մաքսիմը, նրանք մայր ու դուստր են: Մեքենայի վարորդը, ուղեւորներ 12-ամյա Անուշն ու 24-ամյա Ալինա Մինասյանը մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել են հիվանդանոց:
