Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)
1] What you CAN NOT post.
You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene
You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)
The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!
2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.
This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.
3] Keep the focus.
Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.
4] Behave as you would in a public location.
This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.
5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.
Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.
6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.
Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.
This includes, but not limited to, personal resumes and links to products or
services with which the poster is affiliated, whether or not a fee is charged
for the product or service. Spamming, in which a user posts the same message repeatedly, is also prohibited.
7] We retain the right to remove any posts and/or Members for any reason, without prior notice.
- PLEASE READ -
Members are welcome to read posts and though we encourage your active participation in the forum, it is not required. If you do participate by posting, however, we expect that on the whole you contribute something to the forum. This means that the bulk of your posts should not be in "fun" threads (e.g. Ankap, Keep & Kill, This or That, etc.). Further, while occasionally it is appropriate to simply voice your agreement or approval, not all of your posts should be of this variety: "LOL Member213!" "I agree."
If it is evident that a member is simply posting for the sake of posting, they will be removed.
8] These Rules & Guidelines may be amended at any time. (last update September 17, 2009)
If you believe an individual is repeatedly breaking the rules, please report to admin/moderator.

Have you ever been in traffic schools? I have.
If somebody is dead, an 11 year old innocent girl (decapitated by hammer driver), there will never be any 50/50. And you're asking me to shut up and get a life? You should go and talk to that girl's parents.
F the Jews, why are you bringing them here?
the law here and in Europe, Japan, most of the world and most importantly in Armenia says " if you cannot stop on time, you are speeding or under DUI or careless. It's an involuntary mandlaughter any way you look.
I am not even talking about it's abvious on video. White car is moving towards middle for 2-3 seconds. Hammer just flies in with a fast speed.
But nobody is blind.
let me ask you something. Why aren't you getting upset at the idea of blaming the white car as something that could be against Armenia, and trying all you can to blame it?
you know it that the hammer is a richer guy and white car is poorer right? So when we start criticizing and saying that hammer will not get the blame because of corruption, you get offended.
No saying wait, let the court decide and then talk. You automatically protect and defend it because you know too that he is not going to get it right way and somebody in Armenia is going to scream that there is no justice. You never see how absurd you behave right?Last edited by Hakob; 09-11-2017, 03:17 PM.

I, am criticizing but when necessary defending.
Problem between you and me is, I don't think that government is all about Armenia. Just part of it only, and increasingly with worsening record.
Criticising it actually helps Armenia.
You have seen how much I am against maydan in Armenia.
But this government must change or go away. There have to be fluid and responsive government that depends on people's suppprt, honesty, good ethics and vision. I don't give a f to western culture. But I this is not right in Armenia.
It has been a year since Karapetian came in. I can see his efforts. But has it gotten better? You should care that last year was a record in emigration. And that is a government statistic. That says it all.
People like yo can hush and shut the critics (let's suppose), but does it solve anything? Emigration gets bigger. Government needs to bring in money to avoid catastrophe, but even if criticism was totally killed, nobody is stupid to take in their hard earned millions to հաստավիզ, parasites to gobble them.
Believe me there was money poring in, but as years went by and people outside learned to what happens and who does it, it has dried.
Like Karapetian promised 3.5 billion in investment but after one year only 36 mln. A joke. One pretty face and business like prime minister is not enough, it seems. Everywhere they see what's happening inside we'll.
So instead of acting like bully here. Talk facts and if you cannot take it, don't talk rude.
My only concern now is that Serj do not become prime minister in '18. He depends too much on oligarkhs and oligarkhs have too much power on government.
Those half literate bullies have to go.

azeri money laundering and bribery scums husband and wife Irina Bokova, is as usual lying all the way while hitting the exit door.
" The Unesco chief and my release from prison in Azerbaijan
In her letter to the Guardian (2 October) Irina Bokova, director general of Unesco, says she criticised my imprisonment by the Azerbaijan authorities, called for my release and supported me being awarded the Guillermo Cano World Press Freedom prize. I was shocked by the fact that she used my case in order to illustrate her dedication to the idea of freedom of speech.
I am not aware of Ms Bokova ever having spoken about the letter publicly. She certainly didn’t on the occasions when she spoke out to praise our president, Ilham Aliyev. There is certainly nothing about it on Unesco’s website."
Letters: I was shocked by the fact that Irina Bokova used my case in order to illustrate her dedication to the idea of freedom of speech, writes Khadija Ismayilova
