The New American Century has been in affect since 1997. It is an attempt to gain "Global U.S. Leadership." It clearly outlines foreign U.S. policies.

Go to the 2nd link, go to Edit > Find > Type in Armenia, click "Find" - and read what America intends on doing with Armenia. Or just read the whole thing to get the jist of xxxx...

If you dig around that site you'll find some scary xxxx like:

That's a 'nice' name for it, but a policy has been in affect for much longer. Look up the name Brzinksky, Kissinger.

Then read about
