For the upcoming elections, we have several armenian candidates, all of which we should give our voice to and send these men to public offices to represent us. If we have armenians in high places, then we too can feel proud with our heads high wherever we go.

I definitely agree we should support the Armenian candidates as long as they voice our opinion, and Poochigian is against stem cell research....

The source of stem cells are aborted human embryos. Conservative politicians are against it to get the anti-abortion votes.

I'm not in favor of abortion, since I (note the I) believe that you should be responsible for your actions, but I also believe that women should be given the option of aborting or not. I don't think a man should decide that. Poochigian is also against abortion as you said Sarkasian....

Anyway, don't know why I'm arguing about his views...hehehe I won't be voting...

I saw a commercial the other day about Poochigian. Everybody was talking against him, then they slapped on a picture of him with Bush.

ya, california is a "bleeding heart" liberal state; but us armenians in california can make the difference and send him to office.

Paul Krekorian is a shoe-in, he's got it beat- no need to worry there.

But I would really like to see Bill paparian in office. He is a great politician I think, and he's not afraid to speak the truth either.
