I was watching a movie a couple days ago & there was an actor named peter boghossian playing a movie with Alec Baldwin... Ive heard of him before but never seen him in any movies till now. Has anyone heard of him or seen him in other movies.

I think you're referring to Eddie Bogosian in Talk Radio. It's an Oliver Stone film based on a true story. He was also in Ararat and Under Siege II, where he delivered one of my favorite quotes:
"Never assume. Assumption is the mother of all f*ck ups."
