    Re: Armenia Travel 2008

I would feel lonely if I lived in the US for the rest of my life, pretty much all my relatives and friends are in Armenia

      Re: Armenia Travel 2008

Armenia has made more progress in 15 years, especially with all the challenges it faced and faces, then many of the western european nations did after ww2. If more Armenians help out we can achieve the nation we all dream of much sooner.
For the first time in more than 600 years, Armenia is free and independent, and we are therefore obligated
to place our national interests ahead of our personal gains or aspirations.

        Re: Armenia Travel 2008

I will be in Armenia from the end of July til the end of August. This will be my fifth time I visit Armenia. The first time was in the summer of 2004 and now I have to go there at least once a year. My family is planning to move there and I will as well.

I agree that's why we have to use all opportunities we get in the countries we live in and use the experience and knowledge we gain here to contribute to the development of Armenia. I think that's the obligation of all Armenians.

My family was actually planning on going this Summer. Because of school and work we're not going to be able to. Maybe next year or the year after; I've never been.

Are you going there Ari, or have you been there before?

                      Haha, we're the same age!
Anyway, I've only been there when I was young (about five years old) and I don't remember much, but I'm going there in June also! I'm actually leaving June sixth and I CANNOT wait!
