Dreams...

Hi Armenian Friends,

I haven't been around for a while. In this time period I have experienced strange things. I wanted to share that I have been seeing some dreams recently over over again. I see black painted Armenian churches. I see sorry Armenian people praying there. Sometimes I join them, sometimes I am trying to tell something desperately. I am wearing myself out. There is a deep sorrow in these dreams. I feel it deeply. Sometimes I wake up in sweat and crying. I don't know what these dreams mean. I am just becoming obsessed. You may think I am exaggerating but I am not. This pain is crawling in me. Don't know what to do. Greetings to you all..................

maybe you need to tell us about some of the things going on in your life these days.

I wouldn't be worried about your dreams. Don't be afraid of them, don't worry about them. Go to sleep next time with the thought that, if these dreams reoccur again, you will find peace with them, you will figure them out.

Sometimes dreams can teach us things, or make us see possibilities that we can't notice in other states of mind, so if you find anything good in your dreams, you can keep them in your memory.

I sometimes experience feelings in my dreams, or in my visualizations, sometimes I feel deep sorrow too, but it doesn't have to be linked to anything in particular in my life. We are able to perceive these emotions through feeling them, perhaps that's all that's happening. We (our minds) are just passing through those imprints of feeling, and I suppose a familiar image of your own people, which you see when you go to church, praying sadly, is a good representation of sorrow to you, and it's very possible that these images could come true, or not come true some day.

Thanks jgk3. No I am not worried I am just curious. I have been reading books about the genocide recently and thinking over this a lot of time, I know these are reflected in my dreams coming from my sub-conscious. The thing is I am always seeing the same black church located in Taxim, istanbul. I know there isnt such a church but i see it over and over again. I think I will go out and search for a black church

Those dreams seem really weired, but as already mentioned don't worry about them. I am still unsure if dreams have a meaning or not since I have lots of strange dreams but could never get a meaning out of them.
