    Oliver.... Օլիվեր or Ոլիվեր?

And how would i translate a name like Brooke? Do i keep the silent e, or should i just do it phonetically?

Օլիվեր because «Ոլիվեր» would sound "Voliver".

You'd have to spell it phonetically unless you want the «է» to sound; there is no silent e in Armenian. Maybe you could spell it «Պրուք» or «Բրուք» depending on the dialect.

Thanks, i was thinking it was "Օ," but i thought "Ո" could be used for both "V" and "O" so i wasn't sure

        Problem chga.

Ո is always pronounced as "vo" at the beginning of a word unless followed by Վ, in which case it is pronounced as "o" (ex. որովհետեւ - vorovhedev [because] and ով - ov [who]). In the middle of a word, Ո is always pronounced as "o", no matter what follows it.

It's not an Armenian name you can't translate
