  • So hows the water situation in Armenia?

Do people,at least in Yerevan, have access to a 24 hour water supply for all their needs or is there still some kind of problem with that?

Anyone? I know it's a random question but I'm curious.

It's not always 24-hour water many time the water is cut. During the summer when I was there, they cut the water for a few days. You couldn't go to the toilet, you couldn't wash your hands, we used bottled water for that. Also there isn't always hot water, sometimes there is sometimes there isn't. However, it's much better now compared to the situation in the 90s when there was electricity and running water for a few hours of the day.

It should be noted that depending on what part of Yerevan you live affects the amount of water you have. In Kentron you have water 95% of the time, at least in the homes I've stayed in.
For the first time in more than 600 years, Armenia is free and independent, and we are therefore obligated
to place our national interests ahead of our personal gains or aspirations.

In Gyumri, when i visited, for me atleast there hadn't been one time where we didn't have water.

Well, thanks guys for responding. Original reason I asked is because I heard of the opening of "Lovers Park" which has rivers/waterfalls and then I heard/read that 24 hour water is still a problem. That's why I got curious.
