Sure it's sad, but I think it could go a long way if the Government knew how to use it right. Too bad I can't find a detailed report of where everything is spent, although I'm sure that report would be even more saddening.

I don't really think armenians are inherently inefficient. I think the geopolitical situation dealt you guys the inefficient system you now have. think about it, you probably wouldn't find it difficult to disagree with me.

These numbers are sad and prove that Armenia's economic structure is totaly incompetent.

Hopefully when I finish my studies as an International Economic next year I will be able to work in Armenia. And also Hopefully the new younger generations such as myself will rebuild Armenia and take over the old generations. Taxes need to be raised, investors need to be found and projects must be started. Armenia is being to passive for its own good!

Armenians were amongst the most efficient traders in the mid-east area many many years ago. They built bridges with their own hands over the mountain passes to send caravans and other supplies. Where is our creativity? We have the most efficient people when it comes to structures! Have you compared Yerevan from 2003 to Yerevan 2009?

I'd love to see a spenditure report..
