Oligarchs are usually billionaires. If you look at russian Oligarchs like bersovsky, abramovitch they are multibillionaires. And most of these are also corrupted scum of the earth. Oligarchs should keep their nose out of politics and also sometimes stop fooling normal people.

Well what happens usually in the Soviet Union or former Soviet Union countries is that the oligarchs usually get richer while the rest of the countries citizens get poor. Its quite typical in those countries in the world especially third world or former Soviet Union Countries - which some do have third world classifications e.g. Tajikistan, or Uzbekistan. Its terrible personally I dont believe in oligarchs or monopolization especially in the third world. Every wonder the per capita of these poorly developed countries are often under 11,000 the threshold for High Income or Developed Status its because the money is not evenly distributed which couples itself with high unemployment as its common with the former Soviet Countries and again the third world. Unless the governments can put a stop to all this inequality its not going to change for more than a 100 years or if... ever. When I went to Armenia I saw tremendous income inequality, I often wanted to help the poor people but I couldn't cause I got instructed not too, hmm is that another 'dont help the poor' 'they dont matter here' or was it because it was designed for good will to prevent disturbances? oligarchs are very rich just as rich as Westerners e.g. Europeans, Canadians, or Americans. I dont see that changing till the cows come home
