      In India, America, etc. most of the time, whenever I said I was Armenian, everyone understood that I was ROmanian. Armenia doesn't really exist it seems. Many don't know about her although they DEFINITELY know about her people, not realizing who they are or where they are from. Me and my little sis being the only Armenians in a school filled with 500 kids, sometimes more, has it's good and bad sides, lol, .
      Saco, if its any concession, in the past two years, I've had close friends (one, J-ewish - yes, I have close J-ewish friends and the other C-hristian) that I have known for over a decade each disclose that they did not know that Armenia was currently a country.

      That basically means they have no concept of the breakdown of the Soviet Union in 1991 and perestroika. Such a shame.

      It's like you have to hijack a cargo ship without out an active government, er, be Somalia, to actually get noticed anymore.
      Between childhood, boyhood,
      adolescence
      & manhood (maturity) there
      should be sharp lines drawn w/
      Tests, deaths, feats, rites
      stories, songs & judgements
