Anybody noticed the heart next to Artsakh airport?

Open up Google Earth if you have it or go to Google Maps, make your way to the Artsakh Airport and you'll see a Valentines Day style Heart landmark next to the runway. Though it was cool. Just Sayin, for those who are bored. Also, I THINK, pretty close to that is a Military Base, which would make it cooler.
