They really prettied up Qentron (for the tourists of course), when you're in Yerevan make sure to go to Rustics, they have the best fast food chicken there. There's one on Prospect street near opera. And make sure to go to the lower level to eat, it's really nice down there..
and for nighttime entertainment.....
....you won't miss that place don't worry. It's in qentron.
