    Both the oil and gas pipelines (or rather their routes) are visible from Google earth's views of Turkey. I don't have it on my computer at the moment so I can't check for Georgia or Azerbaijan. The version number doesn't make any difference - it is just a viewer, the actual resolution of the views are dependant on whatever satellite photos Google earth have on their servers. And on whatever organisations, clandestine or otherwise, that have, in the recent past, wanted high resolution photos taken of certain parts of the world. For example, Iraq is mostly in high resolution but eastern Turkey is still mostly in low resolution except for the pipeline route and the Armenian border.
