How do you say "welcome home" in EA?

Do you mean welcome home in the sense it is expressed when a relative or a friend arrives after some time away?

If so, the phrase would be "Bari galust". Where "galust" means "the act of coming back", and "bari" which vaguely translates to "good", "nice", "sympathetic", "honest" is actually used to imply a "fortunate occasion"

In Armenian it would be
բարի գալուստ
