driving in armenia

I'll be in armenia this summer, i'll be using public transport in yerevan and near areas, but for visiting artsakh, i've been contemplating hiring a car, so i can see norvank and tatev on the way..
Question is, can you drive in armenia/artsakh while having an EU drive license?
