  • The Treaty of Sevres, the arbitral award of Woodrow Wilson - the key out

The boundaries of Armenia as shown in this map are actually the legal de jure boundary between the Republic of Armenia and Turkey which is the boundary of the first Republic of Armenia, which was proposed by US President Woodrow Wilson (1913-1921) arbitral award and was recognized by many States including Turkey, USA, France, Great Britain, Italy, Japan,,,, etc. this arbitral award is a legal fresh functional document till today and hereafter, ACCORDING TO INTERNATIONAL LAW ARBITRAL AWARDS CAN NOT BE CANCELED OR REVERSED BY ANY DOCUMENT OR DECISION NOR TREATIES, the present de facto boundary between the Republic of Armenia and Turkey is just a border between former USSR and Turkey, which is not valid.

Diplomatic efforts of the RA government and the Diaspora should focus on getting this implemented, we don't need artificial recognition of the Genocide by some states just for political matters

I wouldn't want the current RA government to have an inch more of land.

You do know in order to get those lands you first have to fight a war of espionage and if everything goes well, eventually an actual war right? This requires groups of Armenians across the world whose sole extracurricular activity is this war of espionage. I think before working on any of this legal stuff (which has importance as well) we should concern ourselves first and foremost with organizing into serious groups with pragmatic philosophies and strategies.

An Armenian nation that is having to desert its homeland because those who currently rule-the-roost there are incapable of properly taking care of what they control.

More Armenians have left the Republic of Armenia since independence than were killed in the whole of the Armenian Genocide - and surveys have shown that over a third of the remaining population would leave it they had the chance. Yet rather than remove those responsble for this "white genocide" and save the Armenia that does still exist, you go back to these old childish "Wilsonian Armenia" fantasies.

that's brilliant and should be implemented, you've just mentioned what we miss, all these years of un-focused work came with few results and small victories.

that's your problem, Haysatantis themselves have to solve this problem, I can't tell how you are enduring the corruption of the government, the monopoly and other related stuff. you can go for a regime change. ask for changes! if Diaspora Armenians, tell you this is wrong u start insulting them and hatting on them. this is not a fantasy. this is our right which is not being fulfilled, the countries ignored our destiny for their geopolitical interest

this is a legal document and has to be implemented, infact all countries who are ignoring this are violating the international law

countries that are obligated to Wilson Arbtrial award to Armenia:

Im no fan of the oligarchs but puting all of Armenia's problems on their shoulders is not correct either. Armenia is being blockaded on the eastern and western border, the turkish countries have great influence in Georgia who has problems with our biggest partner Russia. Our southern border is with a country who has sanctions imposed on it. There are so many problems facing Armenia that to put the entire blame on the oligarchs is naive at best. Corruption in USA is worst then it is in Armenia yet USA is a superpower. Corruption is inherent in "democracy" thus blaming it all on the olis is innaccurate.
