Actually (outside of weddings and funerals) Easter was about the only regular time I ever went to (the local Episcopal) church (closest Armenian church was about 50 miles away and my mother did not grow up near on or in an Armenian community so the family had pretty much picked up going to Episcopol Churches - not an uncommon thing from what I could see). My Dad was absolutly an unbeliever - my mom would sometimes go to church herself and take us when we were younger (I even went to church Sunday school for a time )...but sincerely just what would an atheist be celebrating on Easter? (the death of christ? ....he was just a man (if he ever existed at all...) - we all die...
