I don't think the Academy will be opening this year, or next.

But with AGBU, I wouldn't doubt that it'll be open in September. AGBU has enough money, and they are generally very professional in terms of this kind of stuff.

Plus, I assume they'll hold classes at the AGBU Center that's already there (Tekeyan Cultural Center, is it?) -- and they probably will only have like a 9th or 10th grade, not a full high school.
