in 2003 when I went, our cab almost got jammed in between 2 trucks, no lanes, no indicators......

ahhahaa my auntie went last year and she said the only bad thing was travelling, she nearly got a heart attack on the roads cos no one obeys traffic lights and rules hehehe

two things i wont do is cross the road and the other drive a car :P

iam sure armenia doesnt get up to 40+ like here but probably you ment humidity wise when i went to sydney it is bloody too humid and every single day

Actually, Yerevan does get to around 38-40C in the summer!

Not sure about the humidity though.

I've been to Sydney (and Cairns!!! humidity!!!!!), and the humidity is crazy.

You're right, you can easily expect 40C and around that for 2 months straight. Humidity fortunately is not a big factor.

lol, it's OK, I bet the driver had been in that sort of situation 3 times that day already. I don't think compared to many East European, Asian or Latin American countries, Armenia is that bad.

I have cousins in the army in Karabagh - so I'm gonna have to visit for his birthday. It's gon be a suprise, its gonna be crazy.

Neway, the safety of karabagh will be measured within the next coming months/years.

I visited Artsakh. I have to admit I was worried about stepping on a mine and dying, but that didn't happen. Stepanakert and Shushi are pretty safe. Never ventured into the other areas.
