I could only agree if it meant something, and since I can't for the life of me figure out what it means, and apparently neither can the rest of you, I would say it's merely a bunch of random words stuck together to form a new nonsense word. Hence, it's not actually that impressive, and certainly is NOT the longest Armenian sensical word.

Makes it seem longer. Though I wonder whether it's acceptable morphologically. Armenian does have some strict rules as to which words can be combined and how, and which can't.
