    Ah... It's bad news.
I disagree with Ralph Peters. He brushes aside Armenian territory issues by basically saying "nothing can ever make up for the genocide", and somehow this makes it acceptable to give the land to Kurds.
    Complete and utter xxxxtard.

      What a looney.

He also needs to create a state for Berbers in North Africa. And how about an Assyrian state? The Talysh almost had their own state in the south of the "Republic of Azerbaijan," maybe they should get it now. He stripped Syria of its coast. Is this man crazy?

He cares soooo much about giving autonomous land to every religious and ethnic minority in the region. No wait, what do I see: Arcakh is still in Azerbaijan? Van is now a Kurdish region? Wow, just wow. And wait, why isn't New Julfa an Armenian township? As we say in Armenian: parzvuma vor gzhanoci dur@ baca mnacel.

I agree especially with regards to Artsakh. If anything, it's already de-facto part of Armenia and will NEVER be returned to Azeri control

Van is Kurdish and we don't even get a Northern route to the Black Sea?

If you look at the map closely, i think they give kars and ararat to Armenia.

Yeah, which is why it says Armenia is a winner. The idiot makes Kurdistan the 3rd largest country in the region, while Armenians, who can claim millenia of historical and cultural connection to the land get some 2000 square miles of mountains. The whole xxxxing plateau is called The Armenian Plateau for Christ's sake.
