Yes, but at least armenians do it in a civalized manner. They dont get drunk and then go prance around the streets like most canadians here. Its sooo bad. The homeless people here spend every dollar they can get their hands on for buying alchohol.

You can do it and ARK you should take this opportunity to quit when Crissy does. You two and even Tiko can use this forum to track each other's progress.

Smoking is a horrible habit and here's a bit of scary statistics: nearly 86% of all lung cancer cases in US are smoking-related. Add to that the fact that lung cancer is the most common cancer type and that it if caught late lung cancer is very serious (as in deadly) and you come to the only conclusion you can come to: that smoking is a horrible habit and you owe it to yourself and your loved ones to quit it. having said that I smoke 2 packs a day .... just kidding

you should knit yourself a 1st place prize for best guardian of your health, because you will have quit smoking.

Btw, everyone in my family smoked when I was growing up. My grandma still smokes, like a chimney in winter. It's funny for me now when I read all this info about second hand smoke and how dangerous it is and remember that in Armenia smoking etiquette (thank you spellchecker) was nonexistent. Armenian parents are very responsible, especially mothers, and if they knew what we know now about second-hand smoke, they'd probably hate themselves.

Pah! Sure second hand smoke is at least 7x more harmful, but, it's 100% cheaper, and who can argue with that?

Besides, 100% of people who quit smoking -- die. I ask you, is it really worth the risk?
