    Im looking for someone who can help me write a letter to his excellency Robert Kocharian. This is not a joke btw. Thank's for any help anyone can provide.

      Don't call him "his excellency" in the letter.

              Just go to Armenia & talk to him, his not hard to find in Armenia.

                Ha-ha-ha! My poor naďve brother. Obviously, you weren’t in Armenia a decade ago and you didn’t whiteness how he came to power. He makes George Bush himself look like Mother Theresa. It is sure very patriotic of you to refer to our president in such respectful manner, but ‘excellence’? – I wish! No doubt, he is a very intelligent man; It is his sense of moral responsibility that I find highly questionable.
                As for help on the letter, I would have gladly helped you out (despite my political views) had my Armenian writing skills not deteriorated over the years so much.
                I apologize for responding to your post without being able to offer any help, but I felt I had to tell you that.

                PS. Most Armenian Armenians, that is to say Armenians from the former Soviet Union republic, (president Kocharian, for one) do not read, or understand Eastern Armenian very well. The letter would have to be written in their Armenian.
