        You need a downloader that read's that type of file I use videoget

            I can't speak for the other documentary but the Goldberg film AND the panel discussion which displays the Turkish persepctive as light-years behind that of Armenians, is downloadable for FREE here:

                Sorry to say that the link no longer works. Also, I checked PBS TV schedules in NY and "The Armenian Genocide" documentary isn't being repeated this year unless I missed something.
