Not that I'm saying your lying, Anonymouse, but could you tell me how you researched and got that Hitler never said anything like that? Do you know he was a witness of the AG when he was young (If I'm not mistaken)? So if that's true, that's one more piece of the puzzle. He knew very well that the AG took place (He was there) and Turkey got away with it. So why is it so far fetched that he might have used the AG as a way of convincing his generals that his plan would work? It's as simple as that. He wanted to use all he had, all his ideas, etc. to get his plans up and running so why not talk about the AG, the first Genocide of the 20th Century?

Just my way of thinking, I may be wrong.

Saco - just about every adult alive in the 1930s was a witness (if by witness you mean lived through the same time period) of the Armenian Genocide and everyone knew that it had taken place.

Saco - just about every adult alive in the 1930s was a witness (if by witness you mean lived through the same time period) of the Armenian Genocide and everyone knew that it had taken place.

Oh yeah, just like we're all witnesses to the wars in Iraq, Afghanistan... PLEASE, we have all the technology today to report the news and events accurately and we're still censored and lied to. Unless you see events unfold in first person, you WILL NOT have a life changing experience.

First off, the AG didn't take place only in Turkey and regarding Hitler, can't remember where I heard that he was a witness of the AG when he was young. Something like that. He some connection to it. Maybe I'm wrong, I'm not sure.

Hilter was on the war front during World War I. I believe he would have justifiably understood and made the connections between why he was fighting in a world war, who actually benefited from the war, and who got screwed and why.

Good point. Hitler had a better understanding of the AG then most people in general during the 1900's, let's agree with that.
