I think you will find it and some related photos in "The Cross and the Crescent" by Lindy V. Avakian. It is probably from some NER fund-raising advertising from the early 1920s. In the financial accounts of the British equivalent organisation (the Lord Mayor's Fund) there are figures given for the amounts they spent on paying for the release of such captured Armenian women from their "owners".Originally posted by armenianweb View Post... the book or newspaper who contains this picture :
