I had the ultimate pleasure of attending the Hayastan unity dance with 240,000 other Armenians at Mt. Aragats, on Armenian Independence day May 28, 2005. After we held the largest circle dance in the world (setting a Guiness World Record) we were in for an unexpected suprise. As we finished dancing 5 Mig Fighter Jets of the Armenian Air Force flew no more than 100 feet directly overhead. The shivers up my spine and the pride in my nation, in my armed forces, resonated within long after the roar of those (Armenian designed) jet engines. This is truly one of my greatest memories...
