That is a good article. It is obvious today that Armenia is an obstacle to Washington's Caucasus interests. The Bush administration has already said that they will break the even military aid to Armenia and Azerbaijan in favour of Azerbaijan.
Have your read about a Washington proposal of territorial exchange. Something about ceding southern Armenia for Nagorno-Karabakh in order to build their pipeline via the shortest route. -
