      How would you feel if posted proclamations regarding Sadarabad or Musa Dagh on a Turkish website?

        It was not a Turkish-Armenian war, and on thne contrary there were Armenians who fought on Ottoman side against the invaders.
        It also is relevant and sheds light on that particular time of history.
        If you think it is offensive to Armenians(cant figure out how) I can delete it.

          I know you were not trying to be offensive. But I really can't see how Gallipoli is relevant to this forum.

            May be it is one of the last examples of Ottoman society being togather(as a whole)

              Maybe the threat of Turks burning Constantinople if it fell to the allies had something to do with it?
              "All truth passes through three stages:
              First, it is ridiculed;
              Second, it is violently opposed; and
              Third, it is accepted as self-evident."

                May be the contrary? The threat of the allied forces occupying their country made them fight along with Ottomans?

                  "Kuvay-ı Milliye’nin Ermeni casusları "

                  Armenian spies of Kuvay-i Milliye
                  Article basically talks about Armenians who participated in intellegince war against allied forces during the occupation of Istanbul and who have been awarded by general chief of staff Fevzi Cakmak.

                  Also mentions Armenian Dilacar, who is Ataturk's friend and head of the Turkish Language Council.

                    I too, don't see how this thread is relevant to the Armenian Genocide, Genocide recognition, etc.
