Jesus is accepted as a holy Prophet by Muslims, therefore by Turks.

That expression is very powerful, "only the sinless among you can throw the stone", I cant think any muslim that can oppose it(because opposing Jesus is Opposing God, or opposing any Prophet is being against God).
