  • What can we do about False Content websites made by Turks?

    Hello Eveyone,

I recently found the following website: www.a it advertises that Genocide DID happen, but it were Armenians who killed Turks.

This is very ridiculous, I decided to contact the domain name registrar.

    Here's the respond I got:
    Hello.

Unfortunately, easyDNS is not responsible for the content of a website for a domain registered with us, or using our DNS services.

You may want to take this up with the administrator of the website or the domain, or contact your local authorities if necessary.

    Regards,
    Evan - easyDNS Abuse Dept.
This is horrible! They don't even have a TOS agains Hatred / False Content...

    What are your thoughts?

    Thank,
    Romik

I have a suggestion but if I say it I might get banned.

If the mods say they wont ban me then I will say it.

          Yes, it is.

And there's a law in Charter of Rights And Freedom of Canada about hatred.

This website should be closed by the registrar... The registrar is even the host of the website...

If it's within the forum rules you have nothing to worry about, if it's marginal PM me with what you want to say and I'll let you know if it's ok or not.

Well, Canada recognizes the Armenian Genocide, and often, bodies that recognize the Genocide make it illegal to deny the Genocide. Therefore I would contact any major Canadian organizations / publications regarding the issue, and it wouldn't suprise me if legal action is taken against the domain.

                Yeah thats a good idea.

Armenians can just sue all the domain hosts that host these websites. Im sure the domain companies that host these websites dont want to be sued.

ANCA or SOAD or that rich billionaire Armenian guy can do it.

I am currently thinking about contacting Canada Registry, and if it won't work either, I will have to contact local news stations.
