Forum Rules (Everyone Must Read!!!)
1] What you CAN NOT post.
You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this forum to post any material which is:
- abusive
- vulgar
- hateful
- harassing
- personal attacks
- obscene
You also may not:
- post images that are too large (max is 500*500px)
- post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or cited properly.
- post in UPPER CASE, which is considered yelling
- post messages which insult the Armenians, Armenian culture, traditions, etc
- post racist or other intentionally insensitive material that insults or attacks another culture (including Turks)
The Ankap thread is excluded from the strict rules because that place is more relaxed and you can vent and engage in light insults and humor. Notice it's not a blank ticket, but just a place to vent. If you go into the Ankap thread, you enter at your own risk of being clowned on.
What you PROBABLY SHOULD NOT post...
Do not post information that you will regret putting out in public. This site comes up on Google, is cached, and all of that, so be aware of that as you post. Do not ask the staff to go through and delete things that you regret making available on the web for all to see because we will not do it. Think before you post!
2] Use descriptive subject lines & research your post. This means use the SEARCH.
This reduces the chances of double-posting and it also makes it easier for people to see what they do/don't want to read. Using the search function will identify existing threads on the topic so we do not have multiple threads on the same topic.
3] Keep the focus.
Each forum has a focus on a certain topic. Questions outside the scope of a certain forum will either be moved to the appropriate forum, closed, or simply be deleted. Please post your topic in the most appropriate forum. Users that keep doing this will be warned, then banned.
4] Behave as you would in a public location.
This forum is no different than a public place. Behave yourself and act like a decent human being (i.e. be respectful). If you're unable to do so, you're not welcome here and will be made to leave.
5] Respect the authority of moderators/admins.
Public discussions of moderator/admin actions are not allowed on the forum. It is also prohibited to protest moderator actions in titles, avatars, and signatures. If you don't like something that a moderator did, PM or email the moderator and try your best to resolve the problem or difference in private.
6] Promotion of sites or products is not permitted.
Advertisements are not allowed in this venue. No blatant advertising or solicitations of or for business is prohibited.
This includes, but not limited to, personal resumes and links to products or
services with which the poster is affiliated, whether or not a fee is charged
for the product or service. Spamming, in which a user posts the same message repeatedly, is also prohibited.
7] We retain the right to remove any posts and/or Members for any reason, without prior notice.
- PLEASE READ -
Members are welcome to read posts and though we encourage your active participation in the forum, it is not required. If you do participate by posting, however, we expect that on the whole you contribute something to the forum. This means that the bulk of your posts should not be in "fun" threads (e.g. Ankap, Keep & Kill, This or That, etc.). Further, while occasionally it is appropriate to simply voice your agreement or approval, not all of your posts should be of this variety: "LOL Member213!" "I agree."
If it is evident that a member is simply posting for the sake of posting, they will be removed.
8] These Rules & Guidelines may be amended at any time. (last update September 17, 2009)
If you believe an individual is repeatedly breaking the rules, please report to admin/moderator.

Yes, there had been terrible incidents between Armenians and Turks; I said between because I believe that both two sides suffered from that... And I think that, there wasn't a Genocide against Armenians; if there were, there shouldn't be any Armenians living in Turkey from 1915... But there are and they seem very healthy and happy to me
Take care,
There were still Tutsi's left after the Rwandan Genocide, so does this mean there was no genocide in Rwanda?
The only reason there are 40,000 Armenians left in Turkey is because most of them either married Turks, converted to Muslim or keep their mouths quite.
And you say they live happily??? They can't even speak their minds, look at what happened to Hrant Dink

Go read at least one objective book on the topic then you can re-register and we'll discuss it.

Originally posted by JosephAnd by Turkish reasoning, what happend in Cambodia was not a genocide because the both the Khmer Rouge and their victims were Cambodian so thus a "civil war", right?
They are arguing about Armenians, a group of people shrouded in Turkish taboo, they really know little to nothing about us or the events of the late 19th early 20th century let alone outside world cases of Genocide.

Turks in EU
Originally posted by realityShowI think this would make things a bit more clear for you my friend...
France or any other country in this world, don't care about Turkey or Armenia... They see "your cause" as a trump to use against Turkey, nothing more...
(Where's my mega text file? Oh, here it is):
Fact one:
Armenians lived in their homeland for thousands of years, then the Turks invaded and after centuries of abuse they decided to empty Armenia of its indigenous inhabitants. As a result no Christian Armenians live in their ancestral home anymore. This is by definition called genocide, end of story.
Fact two:
It’s only that the US of A is pouring hundreds of billions of dollar$ down the bottomless throat of the Sick Man of Europe. When the Turkish schlong pops out of the Zionist/Anglo-xxxson mouths and they get enough of Turkish Delight sprayed all over their immoral muzzles, we will kick your Tatar asses back to Mongolia, the hell you come from and the hell you belong.
Originally posted by JosephThat's fine by us. If it keep Turkey of the EU and makes the French public happy, so be it.
Fifty million* hungry Turkish c*ks will make shish kabab of those 200 million European women. Each one can have four wives, right?
Again I paste from my mega file:
That's why they want to invade Europe and destroy their civilization, what they just missed to manage some 500 years ago.
The decadent West has lost the respect for true human values such as starting a family. Don't get me wrong, I'm not religious, I don't even believe in god. But the hyper-materialistic West is an easy prey for the invading descendants of Chingiz and Teimur, who will "marry" Western women and force them into their beliefs and will have them bring Turkish snakes** to this world in the middle of Europe. In less than two centuries, the then Turkish Europeans will "prove" that they have been living there 900000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 millennia before the Big Bang and that Bach, Mozart, Beethoven, Da Vinci, Shakespeare etc. were in fact Turks...
*Turkey is supposed to enter EU in ten or fifteen years. By then the Turkish population will be around 100 million.
**This is not to offend Turks. There's a saying in Persian, which goes "Breeding snakes in one's sleeve". It approximately means they bite your hand that feeds them.Four things denialist Turks do when they are confronted with facts:
I. They change the subject (e.g. they copy/paste tons of garbage to divert attention).
II. They project (e.g. they replace "Turk" with "Armenian" and vice versa and they regurgitate Armenian history).
III. They offend (e.g. they cuss, threaten and/or mock).
IV. They shut up and say nothing.

Go read at least ONE book about the Armenian Genocide before regurgitating this standard Turkish state denial statement.Four things denialist Turks do when they are confronted with facts:

Diagnosis of the Psychosis: Symptom II They Project
Originally posted by realityShowI am not sure why you are repeating yourself all the time; please don't forget that shouting and wispering OR telling something once or millions of time has nothing to do with the reality/correctnesss of what you are saying...
But if you are repeating that just for saying the last word; please be my guest and copy/paste your phrases for the last time...I won't reply, I promise
Fresh from the Hellshrink Psychiatric Center for Mentally Damaged:
Diagnosis of the Psychosis: Symptom II They Project
______________________________________________
Here are the cacophonous "verses" of your parrot song we've heard a zillion times. Tell me which one you haven't heard yet:
I. It was war… People died…
II. Ottomans only wanted to relocate the rebels.
III. Turks died as well.
IV. What reason on earth did the Turks have to exterminate the Armenians?
V. Armenians revolted against their “masters”, they got what they deserved.
VI. If the Turks wanted to kill the Armenians why didn’t they kill them where they lived and despite the fact that they were engaged in war they took the expensive decision to relocate the Armenians?
VII. It was the Armenian “terrorists” who killed up to 2.5 million Turks.
VIII. Yes, there were cases of violent attacks but it was not planned.
IX. Armenians lived peacefully in the Ottoman “empire” until one day Armenians betrayed their “masters”.
X. Let’s play the numbers game, Armenians highly exaggerate the number of dead.
XI. There is no comparison between what happened to the Jews and what happened to the Armenians.
XII. Present day Armenia should forget the past and establish ties with its neighbors.
XIII. Leave the subject to historians.
XIV. Let us organize a meeting between historians of the two sides and see who’s right.
XV. Turkey has opened its archives. Why doesn’t Armenia do the same?
XVI. If it was genocide then how come the Armenians in Constantinople were not massacred?
XVII. You have slandered the Turks and have tarnished our honor for a long time, now it’s our turn to attack and expose your “lies”.
XVIII. Armenians are not the indigenous people of “Eastern Anatolia”.
XIX. It was the Ottomans who committed these crimes. Why should the present Turkish state be held responsible?
XX. The countries that have recognized the Armenian Genocide have an agenda.Four things denialist Turks do when they are confronted with facts:
