      Kurds are certainly pro-U.S. and the U.S invasion has given them the ability to form a new state. Good for them; this is at least one good by-product of an otherwise stupid war. There are hardly any U.S. troops in Northern Iraq and the Kurds did fine by themselves when confronting the Iraqi army. So I think they can easily deal with any external threats with or without the US. I guess it really angers Turks to know the Kurds will soon have a state. The future looks bright for the Kurds.

          Not only that, they are Mountain Turks.

          As Erdogan said many months ago, he would oppose a Kurdish state even if it was in South America.

                    But tell me Ratsiz, what happened to the Kurds being Mountain Turks, weren't they called that for decades? Was that not the official policy of your state? Did you not deny their very existence as a seperate ethnic group?
