Kurds are certainly pro-U.S. and the U.S invasion has given them the ability to form a new state. Good for them; this is at least one good by-product of an otherwise stupid war. There are hardly any U.S. troops in Northern Iraq and the Kurds did fine by themselves when confronting the Iraqi army. So I think they can easily deal with any external threats with or without the US. I guess it really angers Turks to know the Kurds will soon have a state. The future looks bright for the Kurds.

you do not want to understand me or you are not as clever as I suppose.I did not say they were not there,They were in Persian land and they had been sent to Anatolia...but they couldn't be succesfull about having a country ...they lived under defend of other nations. as you lived until Lozan
Thank you for representing the Turkish view so bravely!!
'Kurds don't deserve lands because they never had lands".
As Erdogan said many months ago, he would oppose a Kurdish state even if it was in South America.
THEY ARE PERSIAN ORIGIN
THEY ARE NOT MOUNTAIN TURK
SUCH A BETRAYER SOCIETY CAN NOT BE TURK

But tell me Ratsiz, what happened to the Kurds being Mountain Turks, weren't they called that for decades? Was that not the official policy of your state? Did you not deny their very existence as a seperate ethnic group?
