  • How many Pan-Turans members are there?

I am very concerned that the Grey-Wolves have managed to convince "Turans" from Finland to Hungary all the way to Mongolia.

While claiming to be "liberal" and "multicultural", I find that many Non-Turks have been so Turkified they actually end up repeating the same old denial phrases over and over, completley oblivious.

I am kind of concerned of the rising numbers, this might create a hidden column of militias in the countries these Non-Turk Pan-Turans might pose a problem.

Should we be concerned about all the ex-Khan "Stans" too? The only place online where I have met Tajiks, Kazaks, Volga, Tartars are in Pan-Turanian sites. They never lurk anywhere this makes them oblivious that they are being duped and fell right in to the Grey-Wolf agenda.

The Turks think that everyone is out to get them when it is totally in reverse. Its their atitude that got them where they are. Everyday the Grey Wolves have managed to sucker new members into its collective, its like some army recruit center. The main brains of the Turans always start off inducing hatred into its recruits to make them more "brotherly". Trained to see things in terms of "us" and "them" and turning around saying its "multicultural" when its a homogenity based campaign.

Whatever has the Non-Turkic world done to the Turks to provoke them, to make them hate us so much. Why are we hated so much just for minding our own buisness.?

Is their an official record of how many Pan-Turanians there are? A million maybe or lower higher?? I find Pan-Turanian atitude to be totally toxic, they talk of revenge and hate after every meal.

Hi. I would not be worried too much about Pan-Turanists in particular. Here in Turkey I would say they are not taken seriously, at least the extremists. Many people here would tell you that they are either idiots, dreamers or just over ambitious. But there are nevertheless people who believe in this. If we are talking about extremes here I would say that extreme nationalists are far stronger and higher in numbers in Turkey than pan Turanists since nationalism allows for leftist contribution (which raises numbers) far more than Turasnism which is rather restricted to the xxxkurt extreme.

The idea has had some uses of course in the past especially during the times of Özal when the USSR was suddenly no more. Very strong relationships have been formed with the Turkic Nations and right now business with them is flourishing. It is natural to have strong ties with people with whom we have a lot in common, but uniting to form a Turan state ranging from Bosnia to Manchuria... let me say is a gaping ass laugh; at least for the timebeing

Yeah.. sometimes its really difficult to harness the raging, rabid grey wolf in me that is dying to get out and kill any human or animal in sight that is not Turkish to fulfill the not so distant dream of creating an all Turkish galaxy.

The lax effort of many authorities and powerful figures in pro-Turkish lobbies might extend the situation. Problems should be solved before they grow but people like G.W.Bush are feeding the problem.

For example, in Germany, holocaust denial is illegal, hate is illegal and racism is also illegal. But it seems for some strange reason the Turks are exempted from the law. But even in the states it seems like the Turks are above the law. I never seem to understand why Germany and Turkey have such close relations. Historic records even state of Turks who joined Hitler's Waffen SS ranks and commited attrocities on allied POWs and civilians from Normandy all the way to the gates of Stalingrad.

Thanks to scandals like Abu Gharib and Guantanamo, the Turks can play victim with this scandal and use it and abuse it to their political advantage.

Okay, thanks Gavur, I thought he meant turks other than captured Soviet POWs.

Yo, I know this thread is a month old but yeah. Anyway, like someone had already said, Turanists are just a fringe group. I think someone said it in another thread that Turks/Pan-Turanians consider everyone a "Turk with amnesia". They'll claim anyone as being descended from them going as far as claiming American Indians as though we've gone prodigal. The funny thing is that they'll point to scientific/scholarly studies to "prove" that they're related to us but discount the studies of respected scholars of the Armenian genocide as false. Bit o' pick 'n choosin' goin' on there.
