For nation-state you need monogenic population. First you have a nation and you create a state. When you create first the state and just after that the nation it means just 1 thing : ethnic cleansings!!!!

What i really imply is this Vahe. No land consists of homogenous people but if you establish a nation-state whether bloody or without blood, you have to start a nation-building process which is unacceptable.

Armenia is 99% homogenus even after 80 years of soviet "internationalist" policy..
What I implyed is that you first need to have a nation to creat a state not incontrary.

in 1926 Soviet census, 78.228 Azeris living in Armenia, comprising 8.8 % of population.

In 1988, Azeris are forced to leave Armenia. UNHCR estimates the number about 200,000.

That have nothing to do with nation building, you perfectly know why Azeris left Armenia and how Armenians left azerbajan. And there are still ezidis and kurds happily living in Armenia.

I donot post the previous message to prove "Armenia is evil". But you said 99 % homogenity and i claimed "no lands consists of homogenous people".

As a political concept, nation is just an imaginery and constructed. According to me, as secularism restrict belief choices in individual sphere, ethnical identities should be restricted into the personal area. Namely, if i continue my analogy, we have to do against "nationality" (not nations) exactly what secularism did against religions.

Your statement is true for turks as it is an artificially created nation indeed. But there are nations which exist for thousand years and bound by the same culture, language, religion for thousand years and eventually with the same genetic code.

Actually I am sorry, I was wrong; if think a bit it is actually a process of nation building: AZERI nation building and ethnical clinsings in azerbajan... as for Armenians exist as a nation (most of the time as a stateless nation) for thousand years...
