This did make the news and sadly the ones that STARTED the entire campaign were caught and beat up badly. Lot's of blood was shown but they weren't killed thank God. I feel terrible and I hope Turks world wide will understand what their country does to people that stand up to anything really. This must not discourage us though. If individuals could make a difference in different countries at different times in history, WE CAN SURE AS HELL MAKE ONE TOGETHER.

Oh, it was real alright, don't worry. It will be in the news probably once the government has dealed properly with the intellectuals.

Maybe these people weren't the ones that started it, I might've heard wrong? Maybe they were just major people that supported it. I heard the news channel specifically say "the Turks that started the campaign" but who knows, maybe my hearing is impaired, lol.
