Need Documents Of Decree Of Late 1914 - Early 1915

Hello to everyone, I am Everchanging!

Yes! I do know, I am in someone else home. I am asking, only for help.

I live in Phoenix, Arizona. United States of America.
I am writing an online article called "Was it a Forgotten Genocide - Armenian Genocide of 1915 - 92 years later..."

It is about the events & what it has done to me - on 2007, April 24th.
This day changed me for the rest of my life.
I am in the process of trying to finish with as much proof of the truth as possible with clarity, faith, grace and understanding.
I do not want to misrepresent or disrespect your people or the events that took place during the history of the event at all! I only want to present the facts of the event and these documents will help, immensely! How it's presented. Proof of decrees, place by the ottoman government of 1914 & 1915 I happened on this forum from those internet searches for the decrees.
I happened upon this forum because of the forum "government decree for deportation" on this website and the profile names attached to discussion of these documents. I joined in this site, hoping of getting copies of the decree's with English translation (when possible) on a web page or site. Digital, scanned or photographs documents to place in the article. What these document's mean to me is this, for others to see and have history recorded - current, present and future generations, to know from the darkness of many, there be light in recognizing. What can not be placed in darkness forever, will not be.
I only want to present the truth, history to me has a right to be knowledge with that value, even when it is as shameful as this event is and was.

Tomahawk don't know how you are and don't care much but if you would read some of those links you would see that it was a genocide. Removing people against their will to go and walk on death marches is a genocide. I don't know what you would cal that els

If you subscribe to the notion that this was a "war", or that Armenians that were Russian citizens serving in the Russian army constitutes being a "traitor", or that tiny, insignificant rebel groups were considered a "threat", then it is you who will never understand the history/circumstances leading up to the situation.

Of course you can only find the decrees about the deportation in the archives. Are you kidding? Do you think the devil Talaat was so stupid to keep the decrees in the archives?? It was a secret order. And it is said that he had ordered the messages to be burnt immediately after they were read. They knew what they were doing. We can only learn it from the accounts of the officers who received the order and carried it out....
