If Armenians were waging a Christian "jihad" against the Azeris, why do they have good relations with Persians and Arabs? It is an ethnic war but the Azeris did indeed invite Mujahedeens and Chechens to fight for them.

Accuse the accuser whether your right or wrong is very weak which is Turkeys position in this matter.

Second, it is violently opposed; and

excactly. Thaks for posting the article - I had read it before but had not saved it. It makes a number of very good points - points that TurQ likes to ignore or convince us that didn't happen.

Accusing the accuser is never a real dialog let alone an argument, its just a stalling tactic,Turkey can and will do better then that if they want a real dialog,

And I read that Armenians invited Cossacs. So each invites those sympathetic to them. Azeris and Chechens share the same outlook to Russia's invasion of Caucasus.

Well this is something I agree with you on. It is simly remeniscent of the "Clash of civilisations" or civilisation vs non-civilisation if you will.

The Armenians did not invite Cossacks. Armenians face constant Cossack harrasment in the Southern Russia. Some Cossack units did clash against the Georgians in Ossetia and certainly the Chechens on behalf of Russia.

there is no such a thing "Christian Jihad" ... It was an INDEPENDENCE war.

Maral majority of the Armenian leaders or Armenian academics try not to use the word independece, they rather chooose words like "reforms" etc. in order to hide the tashnak and hinchak activities before 1915.

But you accept that there was seperatist indepence activity by those Armenian revolutionaries.
