    its very huge and somehow disorganized, I'm preparing a PDF of this blue book (will be ready in a day or two) and I shall post the link here for those who are interested in reading this book ...

      Some of the more recent reprints have additional sections that identify the places and persons that were intentionally (for their safety) left anonymous in the original printing. Adding those additions would also be useful.

        Do you have a link where I can get those additions from? I've searched for them but couldn't get any ... I'm on page 258 already and still have couple of hundred pages to go (still have time to insert any new addition).

                    I think it is contained in the Gomidas Institute's reprint. I don't have a copy.
