They really don't care do they? They are of the mindset that they would choose not anger a Muslim nation than try to stop them from committing genocide. This is how Sudanese Christian and Animists were able to be massacred for years before the Europeans even said anything much less lifted a finger. The EU is one big Neville Chamberlin. I have some hope in Sarkozy but even he won't be able to change the ineptitude of the EU with regards to justice and human rights.General Antranik (1865-1927): “I am not a nationalist. I recognize only one nation, the nation of the oppressed.”

Well, I don't look at it from a "Christian vs. Muslim" perspective, since I don't think that it matters at all. Keeping Turkey back in the darkness by refusing them entry into EU is not the right answer either. Armenia will always have Turkey as neighbor and since we can't just move in order to get rid of a troublesome neighbor, than one must work for reforming the neighbor. If that is done by EU pressure, then we have to work for a more firm and correct guidance from EU. The politicians might be short sighted, but they must have a screw or two loose if they think this Turkey won't mean a meltdown in EU once they enter the union without any improvements.Originally posted by Joseph View PostThey really don't care do they?
