  • Living victims of the genocide

Hi guys, I am having a debate in this forum with some scumbag turks from Cyprus about living testimonies from victims of the genocide...

My question is, is there living witnesses of the Armenian genocide?

And please feel free to join and set the record straight

    Thanks guys...

PS...I go by the nick as boomerang in the Cyprus forum

Any living "witnesses" to the Armenian genocide would have to be around 100 years old (can a 2 year old at the time etc really be considerd a witness?). Sure there are a few - but what's the point? There is considerable eyewitness testimony from the time as well as tons of documantary evidence. Anyone who doesn;t understand this and who doesn't accept the Armenian Genocide as such and for what it was is just ignorant - plain and simple.

Donald E. Miller and Lorna Touryan Miller. Survivors: An Oral History of the Armenian Genocide. Berkeley: University of California Press, 1993.

Armenian National Institute (ANI) and Project Save are also good sources.

The vast majority of survivors are now dead of course but their are still a few hundred that were small children during the Genocide that live on.

How could I not hate the fascists since they performed ETHNIC CLEANSING in my country?

Thanks Joseph, but the link doesn't work...

Why won't you guys come over to the Cyprus forum and directly confront these clowns that are spreading lies?

The link is working for me so try again. We'd love to help but that's not really the business we're in, we have enough going on in this forum, and afterall this is ArmenianGenocide.com - the most obvious place to discuss... The Armenian Genocide.
