I think you're absolutely right, although I personally do enjoy all of his films. I appreciate each one because I don't care what it is, to me, it's a Woody Allen film. Sit back and enjoy it.

The entire scene with that lady was lost with the audience. I don't even think anybody even knows what Shyamalan went with that. If you read up on an analysis for the film, you'll understand it better. Although I definitely think the script needed revision, the concept was great.
